Switch Panel Cut-out Seal

Our TC//TS series are known for their strong ingression protection ability (rated to IP69K), but what to do to waterproof the panel on which these switches will be installed?

The BW-01//BW-02 Circular Cut-out Panel Seals are unobtrusive and robust in providing the air-tight sealing you need. Made with tough SS304 stainless steel with flexible, molded-in silicone rubber, the seal can be tightly screwed-on while maintaining structural rigidity.

The Panel Stand-Off Seal has two main benefits: first, two rubber O-rings securely block off the opening from panel cut-out. Second, as the Seal is made with tough POM material (polyoxymethylene), it omits the need for below-panel hex nut during installation. Aesthetically, all the toggle switches’ bushings applied in this way will be of equal height above the panel, saving you a great amount of time from adjusting the hex nut height.
